Come Experience A Small Town Christmas

Christmas parade forms can be turned at Mayos or to Laura Schwartz or Linda Sleichter. 

All proceeds from the Clay Center Christmas Festival benefit Clay County residents.  The money raised is divided between local charities and schools, with some of the funds going to Lincoln Creek 4-H, Clay Center Wrestling Club, and the Clay Center FFA, for their help setting up and caring for the trees.  The more trees purchased, the more money that goes to charity, and the more beautiful trees we have to look at downtown.  

You will have at least one week to decorate your tree once the trees are up on the square! (For best results, you must use LED lights, shatterproof ornaments, and provide your own outdoor 25-foot extension cord.) All trees will be turned on at the lighting ceremony, which immediately follows the Lighted Christmas Parade.  Come join us to hear festive music and watch the lights come on downtown! PLUS we get a visit from Santa 🎅🏼
